Last week I had make the call to put our 15 year old dog down. He was definitely like a family member to us. It was very rough for me, but the ladies at West Central made it bearable, and I appreciate their kindness.

Outrageous prices and incompetent vets unable to diagnose a gunshot wound. Our little dog was found under our porch and we took him to the veedersburg location where they were more concerned about paperwork and money than our dog bleeding out. He had a gunshot wound in his rear and that's all they looked at even their x ray showed small metal fragments around the wound. The then put him under and cleaned it and sent him home. Overnight he was throwing up and could barely stand today I took him to a real vet and they found the bullet right away and he is currently in surgery to repair damaged intestines. They treated my wife rudely and show absolutely zero concern for the animal.
