Dr. Miller took exceptional care of my very sick Charcoal Lab Bane. Thank you for getting him seen today so quickly and on short notice. We appreciate you all, thank you!!! I have been over critical of Alder Creek and Dr. Miller in the past and I regret that, my sincere apologies to you all. I get very emotional when it comes to my puppy and sometimes it gets the better of me. Thanks again!

We like this clinic because they can do a lot of the tests in office without sending them out which saves us money. I appreciate that they are open till 8pm they got our pregnant golden retriever Daisy in right away for a progesterone test and ultrasound . When she was in labor but not having contractions they gave us the choice on trying to have naturally at home or a C-section, with lots to consider we chose the C-section and they were able to do it immediately, we went home with a basket of puppies that night! There was a little complication during surgery and we had her spayed at the same time , but we were very happy with our decision and coming home with a healthy mama and babies we were overjoyed! Like any vet, they have busy times and slow times , if they can't get you in and it's an emergency just call the emergency hospital, that's what we would have had to do if they couldn't get us in. This was our first time helping mama hand raise puppies and we had so many questions! I am sure as busy as they were they probably knew who we were by our voice on the phone because we called several times a day. I think they got tired of us calling for questions and asked us to make an appointment :) But they did give us a option to email the clinic with our questions and doctor would answer them when she had time , which I thought was very helpful! Most of the staff was friendly, some more so then others, I think that is just their personality and people shouldn't take it so personal. Love that they can do a lot of what they do in the hospital .Word of the wise - The doctors that are hard to get into see are usually the best, and worth the wait.

They were able to get my pup in within just a few days of calling. The gal I spoke with on the phone was so nice and helpful! The day of his appointment was quick and everything went smoothly.

Dr Young was very gentle and kind last year in January when I had to have little Marcy.. take a forever nap because of cancer. Marcy's brother was back again this January for his shoots, nail trim and exam. Dr Young is professional and I would recommend her to other animal lovers.. Cat or dog!Thank you for the kind review.
