If you are late for an appointment, that is on you. This is a business, and you disregard EVERYBODY but you if you think you are more important than anybody else. Call if you are running late, sometimes they can fit you in. But sometimes, if a critical animal comes in, you might have to wait or reschesule. Not sure about the ear cropping something I would never do to a dog and they're very expensive if you're late for your appointment you might as well forget it and go home for the day but they're really good
