Food is still decent, but with the recent price increases the value is not there now in my opinion. Some of the price increases were over 20%. Took those pictures at noon on a Sunday. In the past, the place would be pretty full at this time. I counted less than 10 tables in total. I guess people also think the value is not there too.

The chef that prepared and cooked my food at this The Patio location deserves a huge raise. I got the Cajun Chicken Jambalaya Skewers. It comes with a bed of Mexican-style rice with Andouille sausage and shrimp mixed in. On top is a skewer with four large pieces of chicken, each with a giant grilled pepper and soaked in a Cajun sauce. The meal is served with four pita chips, one for each of the skewers. I can’t even begin to describe how tender the chicken was and how delectable and savory the sauce was. You will have to try this option on the menu for yourself in order to understand it’s deliciousness. Please try this meal. You will not be disappointed (and I want them to keep it on the menu so I can get it again). Props to the chef and the service. The food was out this time in about 10-15 minutes and I got it served with a side of Mac n Cheese. Wow… blown away. I think I might just explode.

Food was great. Had the half rack ribs and brisket. Meat was cooked right and not fatty. The standard sauce is a little sweet. On the table is a spicy sauce, it was pretty good, but not too spicy. Enjoyed the bake potato and coleslaw. Ordering/register service seemed impatient, even after telling her it was my first time. Service at the table, she was sweet but she didn't speak English well and had trouble telling me where to fill my drink cup. Place was nice, clean, well decorated. Seemed beer and wine was available, but no spirits.

If you need to go for a quick lunch or dinner I really recommend The Patio - Orland Park. Very nice and spacious place with planted trees inside. And very important not pricey at all. This time I ordered regular chicken breast salad and soup of the day. But this restaurant is famous for their ribs. Also very quick service. Clean bathroom. I will be back for sure. Highly recommend this place…4 stars

Hi Carla, Please call 708-429-7575 and ask for Rick or Tom. We would love to work something out and be able to accommodate you. Thanks!
Check with them directly because they do not appear on the list from aarp discounts. But they did say to check with the establishment and ask.
The Patio, 7839 W 159th, Orland, is a nice place to eat and socialize, the food is good, the service is excellent & they're friendly plus helpful. All in all it's a nice place with good food & pleasant anviance.
Hi Michael, No we do not accept reservations during our peak hours. During slower hours we can take reservations for larger parties.
That would be nice. If they don't, give City Barbecue (143rd and LaGrange, Orland Park). Based on their website, City Barbeque seems to be a community focused business. One phone call to The Patio might provide you with good news.
Everyone wears masks, no indoor dining and safety distance is mandatory
