Had a little difficulty finding it due to directions I was receiving but once we found it the rest of the visit was extremely enjoyable! The staff was pleasant, the room was very clean and quiet. There was no outside noise at all. It was like being shut off from the world just to ourselves. We had a GREAT TIME!!!😌🥰

First time staying and definitely the last. The rooms pictured online are very deceiving. I booked the super essence suite which cost about $250 and I was barely a set above a 2 star motel. There was a bug/beetle on the cabinet, ants in the whirlpool tub and steam shower, the bed frame was chipped, the tub knob was cracked and glues together making it hard to turn on and off the water, blow dryer filled with lint, there was a little wood carpartment in the bathroom that wasn't sealed, and all the furnishing were dated, worn down and mismatched. We received 1 tiny bottle of shampoo, when we called the front desk and asked for another, they said we'd have to go out at get it from the desk ourselves. Just for perspective the rooms are outside in a separate area from the front office so in the cold rain it was particularly annoying to have to go outside and walk all the way out to the office. I guess The receptionist was too busy watching the NBA finals to be bothered. It was anything but a romantic stay. For $250 a Night, you'd except 5 star quality. Save your money, I wish I did.

I needed to edit because I said we probably would come back. I meant probably NOT. Yes the staff was nice but when you are spending this much money, you should have 4 stars or better. We too experienced pubic hairs and picking up tags. Because of the way the bed looked I went and got a blanket to sleep on. Its non-refundable so we made the best of a not so good situation. And you can hear others in the rooms. YIKES!!!

PLEASE STAY AWAY!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! If I could give this place negative stars I would. Pictures can be very very deceiving let me tell you. Online these rooms look nice and clean and up to date. We wanted to give them a try since sybaris and almost everyone else was booked. WORST mistake ever made. We booked the best room they had for 2 nights. Upon entering the room you get smacked with the smell of cigarettes. As you look around the room you start noticing all the flaws and everything that's wrong with the room. First, the door to the unit felt like you can break in to the room just by maybe giving it a good hit with your elbow. That's how flimsy the door felt. The bed sheets had stains on them that seemed to look like maybe blood stains? Above the fireplace was black dust build up. Behind the toilet seemed like they really didn't bother cleaning too good. The room that was right next to ours had people working in it and it was 8 almost 9 o'clock at night!!! Honestly the list goes on with this place and it was just a very uncomfortable and nasty feeling. It was mine and my wife's 17 year anniversary and it broke me when she said she didn't feel comfortable staying the night there. I paid almost $600 for the 2 nights there and we didn't even last an hour there. We immediately started looking for another hotel to stay the night and left. This place is a step above a roach motel and I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This place is not worth the time or the money. I lost money on this place because of their no refund policy but to have a piece of mind at night and be able to sleep it was so worth going to another place.
