Overall, our food was hot and tasty. (My Caesar salad was also well-dressed, just how I like it.) Unfortunately when you have to wait to be seated, then go back to your table, and see that there were booths all along, you wonder what's going on. (They did seem to have enough staff, in the dining room at least.) Our waitress wasn't terrible, but asking if we're doing okay *while still walking past without stopping* isn't a good practice. There were places that needed vacuuming and the menus were sticky. I'm being critical, I know, but I think they could be busier if they upped their game a little. All-in-all, the food was good and that goes a long way...so 4/5 stars.

Went on a Monday for the all you can eat shrimp. They just kept the shrimp coming allowing us to order 2 at a time. The manager Dani kept coming to check on our table, she was fantastic, as was our server. Everyone was very friendly here, you can tell their management takes care of them. The food was cooked perfectly and the cheddar bay buiscuts were always so hot and fresh.

Matt the server in Orland Park was GREAT. The service was superb, great attitude, the food came quickly and hot. The food was excellent and Matt made sure I enjoyed my time with Red Lobster. I really enjoyed my time was Matt so much I decided to bring my grandfather there for his birthday a few days later. Thank you Matt!!!!!
