The worst experience I have ever had renting any type of equipment. The staff are only there to point you to the annoying automated system that needs you to scan barcodes that aren’t even located in the store. I spent 50 minutes in this store and if uhaul makes this experience even more automated I will not be coming back. Awful experience

Thieves who will invent nonexistent damage, toll fees, you name it .. get ready to file a fraud charge with your card. This happened to me and last time i was there I heard a man who was very angry with management for the same thing.

CDW is insurance coverage for the van or truck rental
9pm Mon - Sat You can drop off the vehicle after closing hours too, via your U-Haul website account.
They do that to everyone. It's in their written policy. They aren't being discriminatory they're being thorough.
I believe they rent them with the vehicles, but there is a chance you can get them without.

You need a liscence, or designated licensed driver... $19.99 for a Cargo Van..... $11.00 for insurance, or arrange to use you own insurance (if you have one fot a car you own and drive)... And @pproximately, $1.65 per mile that you will travel in the van or truck youll be renting. Also, you must replace the gas you use in the vehicle you're renting. If you fail to replace the "correct smount" of gas used, you will be cgarged for ehat you've used AS WELL as an additional $30.00 forbthem to replace the gas thats been used. You will basically need a credit card, or Debit card that has enough funds on it to cover the cost of: rental, estimated mileage, insurance and dolly or handtruck if used, and upon return of the rental, all costs will be deducted from yout card, or you can elect to pay in cash and any hold on your card eill be released back to the card used. Sounds like a bit of work, but, youll not find a better deal without going though unecessary changes
This has been 1year since I rented from this storage and it's been a night mare it's this storage space they haven't figured out how to monthly withdraw the fee so I have to go to the storage to correct the fees and late charges I'm busy working and every month I've had to travel across town to correct theirs mess hopefully this will be the last time hope to find that affordable apt.
Can return at anytime overnight for no additional charge as long as you have it for less than 24 hours AND state you will be returning overnight.
