When i rent,can i overnight with the van or does it have to be return that same day

Can return at anytime overnight for no additional charge as long as you have it for less than 24 hours AND state you will be returning overnight.

You can keep it over night but they have a 24 return

For the same price if you rwnt it at 2pm and return it at 2pm the next day it counts as 1 day. Plus whatever miles you do. And yes you can keep it overnight just park on commercial streets.

I believe for additional fee you can keep it overnight. You cannot park it on the street however. Commercial vehicles will get ticketed for overnight parking.
