BEWARE-they do not pay their contractors and bounce checks. This is a poorly run, financially unstable company that does not pay its bills

My grandmother has been there for 3 weeks now and it’s already terrible for her. The nurses ignore call lights for hours, they do not care about the cleanliness of the rooms, I sent my grandmother some food and it took the nurses hours to ever bring the food to her. I don’t understand why people take on these careers and treat people family members as horrible as they do. I will not stop here just at this review. Something needs to be done about the way these horrible employees are treating these people

Who is your brother
Not necessary some of us have assigned floors so we're not familiar with who's on the first floor if we're assigned to the second floor for two or three years straight. Especially if it's a new person. also that depends if it was a nurse or nursing assistant who answered the phone we have assigned floors.
