Zero stars if I could. Without signed paperwork/digital agreements on file and they've already started charging me for a reservation I ended up cancelling the day I was supposed to move in. Update edit: Upgraded to 4 stars. Called in to verify cancellation of the unit and it was relatively quick and painless. Didn't try to negotiate or argue with me and only spoke to two different people instead of a long game of phone tag. They should have reached out to me once the move-in date had passed and there was no confirmed/signed paperwork on file - they were quick to confirm a reservation made through a 3rd party seller, but cancellations made through that same 3rd party route doesn't seem to trigger an equally rapid confirmation call. System and process could use some work but still good customer service support. Would consider them again as a self-storage option in the future.

24-hour access is not guaranteed, false advertising. Air quality sucks. Temperatures are either too warm with no fans or too cold. Place has leaks. And broken window. Staff are tools of regional manager eter Gioiello, a scumbag of a corporate liar and cheat, almost gaslighting me and breached a business contract removing 24 hour access after my life was threatened with a weapon by a psycho here who damaged the security door. He is still occupying his unit. I was asked to leave. It means there's dirty dealing going on between that psycho and the staff. This place harbors evil and is run on mediocrity. Oh so ghetto! Life Storage has AC, is cleaner and cheaper and has better access hours.
