visited with a badly sprained ankle, the wait time was pretty quick which I appreciated it, but the service was not good. multiple staff members watch me limp around, to and from the waiting area, to and from the x-ray room which was down the hall from where they had me, and NO ONE offered ANY help whatsoever. after telling me I had sprained my ankle, and to keep my weight off of it for the next 3-7 days, they sent me on my way with no crutches or anything to help me be ABLE to keep my weight off of it. the whole thing just seemed very, unprofessional, and I don't remember her name, but the woman who did my x-ray had awful bedside manner. hopefully I can avoid coming back here.

Horrible customer service.. receptionist should NOT BE in her position.. extremely rude..wait time is horrible due to 1dr.. avoid if at all possible

Took my husband in for a skin infection. Not only was he mis diagnosed he wasn't given the right meds and now he is in the ER. Thanks for nothing.

Yes, South Coast systems does offer Covid Testing however you will need to go onto there site to find date/location/vaccine type (Pfizer, Moderna or J&J). Easier to schedule an appointment and answer questions online than doing it as a walk-in
