Regarding 2017 taxes

You can only get in with an appointment yet it is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to get said appointment. Whenever I call you guys gave me on hold for awhile and then tell me to try again. It’s been weeks, god forbid it was a time sensitive matter which IT IS.

Worst Govt citizen service I've experienced in my 79 years ... just totally horrible ... tried making an appointment for 5 days of calling and on irs.gov ...impossible ... finally i went for walk in help and waited on que for 2.5 hours in the hall ... then closing time and no help. WORST US GOVT ADMINISTRATION EVER ... this is what happens when you vote the wrong administration into office ... THE WORST ! ... worse than Carter

If you go into the office it can be corrected. It can also be corrected over the phone if its with in the 21 days of filling.
