Overall horrible customer service in reference to a team order on a stock STX Crux Pro Elite stick. Spoke to a sales rep, then Ivan, a manager, for over 40 minutes, trying to exchange a brand new, unused, stock item, within the 30 day return window, to no avail. Absolutely no regard for customer satisfaction….definitely avoid!

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. 8 Calls and 5 emails about missing item from my order. They just say that they will email me Back by the end of the day they never do. How can you do business like this! Would give a zero star if I could. Do not buy team uniforms from them!
