Signed up with "premium membership" under the guise that I'd be getting free training with a trainer only to find out that this location among many others don't have a trainer, yet have class schedules up so people can sign up & take classes. Such a disappointment and I agree with Judi, you need better staff that don't look miserable to be there.

Warning! If you want to cancel your membership, you will not be able to until the actual day that it terms. They will charge you another month, so a total of 13 months instead of 12. The staff cannot do basic math including the manager. And it’s a fight to cancel. Crooked company.

New location was wonderful when they first reopened. Staff was friendly and helpful, and it was always clean. I’m not sure what happened to change all that but the staff seems to spend 75% of the time on their cell phones. Four machines have been out of service for over a month and it’s filthy. I have been a member for more than 10 years, and the only reason I stay is convenience and the regulars, some of whom I have become friends with. Other then that I’m in and out as quickly as possible. Adding to this, Saturday 10 or so of us standing outside, I finally left when nobody showed up to open by 7:15. Calling is not an option, it’s impossible to reach management.
