The burgers and fries are delicious but best eaten in house when they are hot off the broiler rather than taken "to go". Great customer service. Fry selection is great and super delicious.

It's tasty and very well priced. It's a good burger joint with a great serving staff. I typically go to five guys so I can compare that the easiest: The food was less expensive. (Paid about the same at five guys for two burgers but got two burgers and a loaded nacho fries here) The burger patties are thicker The toppings and choices make a larger variety of burgers with their special sauces. Not comparison to five guys: The fries were crispy and loaded meant loaded. The burgers were juicy and cooked perfectly. Everything was very fresh.

Food was good, have been to the other location in Guilderland many times. Only complaint was I ordered the Juicy burger which comes with lettuce, tomato and onions. I added bacon, when the burger came out it was just a bacon cheeseburger no veggies. I was on lunch and didn't have time to do say anything about it. Hopefully next time the order comes out right.
