Brian is seriously unprofessional and borderline dangerous. I left a review for his business in colchester and Brian tracked me down through Facebook and sent me harassing and threatening messages trying to get me to change my review. I had to block him as he continued to send me messages even after I explained myself. I would steer clear and far away from Brian and his business. If he went out of his way to track me down through Facebook imagine how many of his customers he has stalked or tracked down.

Love, love love this store. It's location, the building, and most importantly the staff. There is something special about a small family run business in this day and age. They actually care, they remember my name, know what I like and dislike and work to make any purchase something that will benefit me, and even if they they didn't have what I needed they helped me find it instead of trying to talk me into a sale I didn't want. Highly recommended.
