I was rear-ended on the highway, and while the car drove fine, there was a tremendous amount of damage to the rear of the car. Repairs took a while (issue mainly with insurance and receiving parts from the manufacturer), but I could not be happier with the final result. All repairs look phenomenal, and the rest of the car that wasn’t damaged in the accident looks significantly better than when we dropped it off - they buffed and touched up all scratches (sadly there were a number of them) at no additional cost so the car looks as good as new. Joe Jr. was incredibly responsive via text and phone, keeping me up to date with the repairs. Based on scheduling I was unable to pick up the car myself, so he offered to have someone drive it to my home. Would highly recommend J&B and will certainly use them again in the future should we need to.
