I was in today for my first appt with Dr Brown. I thought the staff did a very efficient job getting my new patient history papers to me by bringing them to me in my car. Then a call by the nurse to go over everything I had written down . When the room was ready I was brought into the building . No wasting time sitting around a waiting room. The nurse was with me immediately taking vitals and asking question. Dr Brown came right in after the nurse was finished. She talked at length to me, never rushing and went on to further explain medications and learn about my concerns and problems I was having. I was able to get my flu vaccine and blood work on site. My medication order was placed before I got home. I found the inside looked much different than the outside. It was professional, clean, and quiet and the nurses and desk staff were friendly and dressed appropriately. Being a new patient it took awhile to get an appt but was well worth it. I felt I had Dr Browns attention for almost an hour. I never felt rushed. She seemed to really care about me and I was pleasantly surprised at this Dr visit. Usually Dr are alloyed 15 min in and out. So I was very pleased and recommended Dr Brown and her staff highly.

While the personnel is wonderful, the past several appointments ran very late. Today, I was brought in over one hour after my appointment.

Dr. Brown (Formally Dr. Malloy) is amazing. She listens, is very considerate, and is an all around very knowledgeable doctor. If you have concerns regarding anything involving your treatment plan, she will explain all other options with their pros and cons to you. Would recommend her specifically to anyone!
