Where should I start? I recommend you not to waste your money on this rides that looks fun but are not. My husband and I decided to rent a surrey car and this cars are very heavy and slow, so you will get very tired riding this in only 10 mins. Due to this issue we switch to bikes and they need some maintenance, I couldn’t have balance in my bike and my husband’s wheel needed air. It was not how we expected, the guy who attended us was kind but there should be 2 people in this spot.

It states they are open until sunset and the last rental will be two hours before rental. we made it down there on time and they tell us " sorry we cant let you rent out the boat or wind conditions of 14mph" . They should have made this clear over the phone. the commute was long to get there and they wasted my time.

We called in advance to confirm the availability of the kayaks and were assured plenty were available. When we got to the boat rental kiosk, we were informed that they were all pre-rented to a school group, so there were none available today anyway. Wheel Fun Rentals is poorly organized, and there seems to be no coordination between the different people who work there.

The park is very nice, but they never have the bathrooms open, why are they there if they don't let you use them?

I'm not sure about booking online (which is super convenient and a great idea btw) I've only ever just walked up provided my ID and paid. FYI you can only rent 1 hr at a time if you want additional hr(s) you must paddle back to the site and pay again . Hope this helps . ( Lots of Fun)
