I looked up an item online to find it being sold at this store. When I go back home, I find that the product was HALF the price on Amazon!! What a rip-off! Do not shop here...ever! Why are you selling medical products at double or even triple the price? Just because you're in Manhattan?? Shame on you!

I got a feminine hygiene product and later realized that it was cheaper by $20 in other stores and online. I went back to return it with the receipt and box unopened. The guys at the counter were literally making faces. Very bad customer experience. Though this store has a good variety of products, I will at-least not revisit.
