I dropped off a roll of film on September 1st. I was told I’d get it a few days later. When I didn’t, I called the store and they said they would look into and get back to me. I called back two days later since nobody got back to me. I have called the store looking for an answer to my lost film for over 3.5 weeks and have kept my patience and cool during this. Each time I’m told that they are aware of the situation but busy with tasks such as “fashion week” or a “busy august”. Nobody has given me a call back, instead I’ve made over 20+ phone calls to the store to hopefully get an answer for my lost film. At this point I’ve been hung up on, my complaints have gone unnoticed, and I still have no answer. This was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever gotten at a camera store/development store. The only thing someone mentioned was a $13 refund for the development of the film. What about the time it took me to take that, the cost of the roll, and the things I lost? It’s amazing that nobody here cares about a paying customer.

Do not trust these con artists with anything. Total rip-off. I bought a refurbished camera from them that broke first time using it. They lost the camera for years when I brought it in to be repaired and now they are charging me to fix the broken camera they sold me then lost for three years. Total circus.
