They employees were very nice. It is hard to find a place to park. There is only on street parking.

As I was walking to the door an employee was posting a sign that the office was closed due to technical difficulties and to try to get an appointment with another location. I had to reschedule my appointment for another day because I am doing fingerprints in a different state. This seems unfair. I don't understand why I have to take another day off because of the company's lack of rescheduling.
