Mail held one week. Not delivered day promised or 2 days later. Called the USPS to lodge complaint. Told this PO opened and closed case saying mail delivered. Not so! USPS had to reopen. Even rcvd daily mail but not held!! No one answers phone at this PO after 4 pm! Better have someone pick up your mail! Ours included imp meds! 2nd time this summer!

Worst post office ever. You absolutely CANNOT get ANYONE to answer the phone!!!! So disgusted right now.

The mail carrier put my mail that was in a big legal envelop from an attorney with perfect information of name, address etc in my next door neighbor’s box. We have lived side by side for 25 years. Her son gets her mail and looks at each piece everyday! I see this! They opened my mail because they were nosy. I made a report to the headquarters because this is unacceptable!!! I understand from Headquarters this is a felony! I don’t blame the carrier! The neighbor knew she was doing wrong!!!

I usually don't go here but was in town so i swung by to drop something off. 2 of the 5 people in front of me were there due to missing mail that they had dropped off. Another employee was all but yelling at an elderly customer for 5+ minutes over a mistake an employee made. I promptly left the line i will not go back to this location.
