I drove 30min to this dealership to get my steering rack and pinion reprogrammed but after the 1.5h of waiting, I was told that they weren't able to fix all the "problems" (well, there was only 1 problem, the new rack needed to be programmed) and told me to get back to where I got the rack from. At that moment, I thought the rack was incompatible but NOPE, whatever they did in the Service department that day, they clearly didn't know what they needed to do because I was able to LOAD FACTORY AS BUILT DATA for the Steering module myself for $21 (the cost of a compatible OBD2 scanner tool) and that process only took me like 5min max. If someone in the management board sees this comment, you need to hire more people for your service department, you can't just expect us to buy your products but then get ourselves hung on the edge when it comes to maintaining/servicing time like this but still charge us lots of money.

Amber Shaw was more knowledgable than most sales associates I have worked with in the past. The whole team seemed pleased that I had come to Parkway and I felt like they devoted all their attention to make sure my questions were answered and made the whole process pleasant.
