Chapel Watch is a great community and I love living here. The units are nice and it’s a great family friendly neighborhood. The office staff is responsive and help to build a community feeling.

If you want to get your deposit back smoothly, watch out. I already received the final statement about my deposit. However, the office suddenly mailed me that the office will deduct more because of the damage of the 'roof gutter'. How can I cause the damage to the exterior of the building especially the roof gutter? How can the office conclude it was made by me? Although there is no proof, the office blamed me for the damage and did not return my deposit.
