difficulty cutting leather and felt. did what instruction said, fine point. press on firmly, changed pressure with default. tried both fine and deep cut blade. Sooooo, what am I doing wrong, and yes, dial on custom and did on both side. lifts up

You may have better luck getting an answer on a Facebook group meant for your specific machine. There's lot of variables that go into cutting leather and felt.
