Their trash cans are amazing BUT their logistics department is trash.

Had no issues with the blindside back in, and have had to deal with much worse. On time for my appointment and called the number to give my information to. From the time I put my trailer to the dock to being loaded and ready to go was about 20 minutes and everyone was nice. Only giving 4 stars because of the blindside but I wouldn't hesitate to go back for another load.
