We have to say that we are extremely happy with the services and technical help from A1 Copy Tech. Outstanding customer service. We had to put our Golden Girl-" Blanche" Ricoh MP-4001 to rest after 10 wonderful years of service to our company. Scott came to our brief rescue when a fatal error occurred with Blanche. He gave us the sad news that the SC542 message would be fatal and that it was only a matter of time. Though we expected the worst, & the worst did happen. Scott gave us an affordable alternative should she should leave for good, as this she did. We notified Scott of her passing and 2 days later we were blessed with our new "Copy Cat" Taskalfa 4501i by Kyocera adoption. Her motor skill reactions are super fast and ready for action with a touch of a button. She's Tall, Dark, and Lovely. Came in with only 145 printing miles recorded. She purrrrrrs like a kitty ready to play. Everyone LOVES her. She's in her new forever home.
