They did nothing that they said they were going to do. Had no communication between driver and myself as promised by them. Was told that their driver spoke no English and never answered his phone anyways . Was promised a full refund for the deposit and I am still waiting over 2 weeks. Had to get the credit card and file a dispute. Bottom line I would stay has far away from them has possible. Had to give them one star in order to post they don't deserve that one star.

Yes it is however, depending upon the size of the the trailer, if it's a 7 car hauler or larger, sometimes they can't get right in front of the door depending upon the specific location. So they get as close as they can and sometimes you have to meet down the street.
Yes, you can place up to a hundred lbs of non hazardous items in the trunk. One other tip, you can't have any more than a quarter tank of gas or less, so don't fill up before it's picked up..
