Now I understand why they are in financial difficulty! 1 customer in the store, 1 person at checkout before me and 10 minutes later I am still waiting to get to checkout; the person in front of me had no more than 4 items! Left my items on the counter, told them shopping on Amazon was so much easier, and left. Never again will I go there

The Staff was rude and when u lost my phone in the store they walked away like u had the plague. Then followed me around like i was going to steal something. I asked for help finding a couple of things and was pointed to the area and eyes rolled at me. I told the under 25 year olds that yhey shouldn't be in customer service being so miserable. I like the merch but won't shop at the Hamden store because I felt like I was ruining their life by shopping and making them do something instead of complaining at the register. Bought a awesome and overpriced bathmat and towels. Never want to get a gift card for them again.

Their employee Jenna treated my family absolutely disgusting. We first walk in and instead of welcoming us, she says "Do you have masks?" from 10 feet away. Later we ask another employee if they carry rice cookers, they don't. Not a single one. At check out we're baffled because there is no one at the registers. We see Jenna again, chatting with a coworker. The coworker sees us, and Jenna very slowly makes her way to the return area. Doesn't even bother to say "Sorry for the wait." or even "I'll take you right here." Literally just stands there not even making eye contact. Very disrespectful. Definitely not coming back to this bed bath and beyond.

This is a great place to go to find not only a unique set of household items but a great place to get ideas to enhance minor appliances, decor, etc in your home. It can be a bit pricey but it really depends on what you are shopping for...I usually take a trip here when I am looking for anything from a quiet-close toilet lid to candles to a crockpot.
