Mr Hill, Please contact the court at 937-225-6000 for assistance rescheduling your court date. That being said, I found no record of any cases associated with your name in our system. Are you sure the ticket or charge your asking about is in the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court?
Ms Wilbur, Checking our records, I find several cases in your name. Can you provide a case number that you're referencing so we can better assist you? Having the case number will point us in the right direction.
Hi Lizzy, The Common Pleas Court doesn't perform marriages. You might want to try the Dayton Municipal Court or one of the two County Municipal Courts (in Huber Heights and New Lebanon). Sorry!
Close to a 500 dollar filling fee but they have a self help center to help with filing process

Good Morning Mr Clark, I retrieved this information from the county's website at the following url: https://www.mcohio.org/government/elected_officials/prosecutor/office_divisions/juvenile_division.php "The Juvenile Delinquency Division consists of a division chief, seven docket attorneys, and three support staff. The attorneys in this division prosecute offenders under the age of 18 who commit crimes. The violations prosecuted range from traffic offenses to homicide. This division is also responsible for proceedings to transfer juvenile offenders, who commit serious crimes, to adult court to face adult penalties. Attorneys in this division also prosecute adults for misdemeanor criminal charges involving the abuse or neglect of children. Another program these attorneys are involved in is the Start Right Program. This program holds parents responsible who fail to send their compulsory school age children to school." Mr. Estes, The county parking garage, located on second street right next to I-75, is available the public to park in. There is a fee to park here depending on your length of stay. People reporting for jury duty have access to the east lot directly across from the courthouse for free. There would a code to enter on your jury summons if this is the case. There are also privately owned parking lots and parking meters scattered nearby as well as mentioned by Justin below. Thank you for your question, Court Staff
