Ms Ford, That would not be at the Common Pleas Court. I believe it will be at the Probate Court, which is in the same building, but I'm waiting on confirmation of that. I belive thats Probate Court located on the second floor of the courthouse 41 N Perry st. Check their website for a phone number.
