Do not rent from them cause they don’t care about no ones health you can not run your ac to your comfort and you can not even have a window ac for the bedroom so if you copd and on meds that makes your hot I would not rent from them cause you will never get any sleep or get comfortable due to how hot it is different in there up and down stairs apartment’s they have it fix where you can not turn the air down past 70 it will be 70 down stairs but very stuffy down there while upstairs where the bed rooms are will be 80 or 82 so I would never rent from them again once I can find me a different place

No one answers the phone. No one calls you back, It's sad. How can you report changes if they aren't there to talk to or want even bother to call you back. Better management is needed.
