I made it to my appointment early. 45 minutes early. I texted and followed the instructions. It says wait for further instructions. Nothing else came. I walk in 5 minutes after appointment time and check in. No other instructions provided. No welcome from front desk, just I have the wrong Mask on and need to have a paper one. Seriously!! This is how veterans are treated now?? Wow.. so it's been 3 months since my lost review. I came here today. Procedures have changed again. The lady out front tells me I need a mask. I have one on from last time I was here. She argues that they don't give out the one I have. Seriously

If you're in need of an appointment for fasting lab work, you can forget it. Diabetics aren't treated as diabetics just another patient in line. A VA clinic should have priority lab appointment times for diabetics, especially Type 1, on insulin. Where has the quality of care and patient respect gone?

No that you have to to do at the VA hospital in Asheville, Salisbury, or Charlotte you need to have your primary care provider send the request for a sleep study to be done and go from their
