I never had a bad experience with them until now. I wasted my whole morning trying to get my son seen by a doctor but they told me that my son couldn’t come in because he was sick I mean that is what a mask is for to use. They told me that I couldn’t schedule a sick visit for my son because they think that he might have Covid. That’s the point is to wear a mask inside the building. Why do you have it set up online to where people can schedule appointments online if they aren’t allowed to schedule that way. Oh last time I went there the lady at the front desk was rude. The whole point to go to a doctor was to go there for being sick or etc. I don’t recommend this place because they literally can’t treat people right. People spent the whole day off to do so. I don’t appreciate being treated as such. Doctors and nurses are solely reason to take care of their patients which this place seems like they don’t. Also, instead of scheduling your very first appointment with them with getting the records from previous practices they will waste your money only talking to you on your very first appointment as a new patient

Been going here since I was a child and now my child is seen here as well. I don't understand any of these "stories" everyone here is extremely professional and friendly. Yes times are different and we must wear masks but that should have nothing to do with a review especially if you were not wearing one right or at all these professionals have a right to feel safe while making sure to provide a clean and safe environment to help people

Seen by New Physician who was recommended through the hospital. Unfortunately, I did not make an appointment when I was discharged from medical facility because she advertised as geriatric, not Rheumatologist. Turns out after visiting arthritis Dr. And given injections, one sent me back to Hospital in anaphylaxis. By the time I was seen , 4 months later in PCP office. The practitioner was more interested in telling me about my inappropriate clothing. Really? I'm m old enough to be her mother. Next, she did the H& P off of question s read from a computer. Did this person go to school? Does she know how to interview a patient? Than , was terribly worried about me keeping a mask on. How unprofessional. My clothes bothered her. My face being covered. No idea about the medications, creams I was on or why? Hard to believe this a graduate of a medical school in the United States. No real physical exam was done. Said ,have a good day, good bye. That's it? And sent a Bill to Medicare. Now , this is the third physician in 12 months to Bill for a senior evaluation, do labs and told me what I am going to do. Sorry, I don't need that. Good Luck with your practice.

Why does the staff not answer the phone at 20 minutes before closing? Had a question about appointment but oh well, guess they can do what ever they want. Terrible front end service.

Don't agree... everyone I have ever dealt with for years have been outstanding. I would suggest besides answering other calls assisting folks checking out patients they do as well or better than most other practices.....

How do you access patient portal?

Talk to front desk. They will issue you an invite by email and then you set up your password and user name. Much easier way of getting new rx for your prescriptions rather than having to call and leave a message.

Does the practice accept Medicaid?
