I was a patient for a few years and finally I got fed up with the way the front desk staff treated me, there is no excuse for their extreme rudeness and incapability to schedule appointments professionally and properly. I had an urgent condition that eventually required surgery. I was treated with such disrespect by the receptionist that I chose to seek care somewhere else even though I loved Dr. Fultz and her nurse Karen. I have since found a practice where the entire staff goes above and beyond to make their patients feel comfortable, respected and like they actually matter.
