Has anyone had the displeasure of dealing with the head clerk named Joyce?She was rude and arrogant and when you are grieving you would hope to meet someone that has compassion and empathy. Joyce is not that person and should have her job taken away

There is a parking garage attached to the court complex located on Hooper. Otherwise, street parking.
