Has anyone had the displeasure of dealing with the head clerk named Joyce?She was rude and arrogant and when you are grieving you would hope to meet someone that has compassion and empathy. Joyce is not that person and should have her job taken away

Not myself because I was lucky enough to deal with Dana and the very nice woman at the front desk. I dealt with both of them on several occasions and they were very compassionate and professional.
