Worst shipping company ever they lose a package and then they don't want to stay in good for it they just keep giving me the run around and blaming everyone for their screw up

Why is my package that was originally stated as arriving Wed. June 8th now saying Saturday June 11th. The tracking history keeps showing it as arriving at different times to Concord NC when it should be going to Charlotte NC next. It’s been 6days!

I'm full time so its between 32-38

Would they deliver locally out of this location to area's like Fayetteville or Clinton NC or would it ship to a FedEx location in Raleigh first before making a delivery tolocal post offices in the area's mentioned?
