If I could give them negative stars I would. I went for mediation and I was the victim and I was attacked and tripled team by the mediator, defendant and interpreter. The mediator Jacqueline is very bias so don’t waste your time trying to mediate through them. Just let the defendant go on and take the charges don’t even try to work anything out. It’s bogus and a waste of time.

I’ve never called a government official office and be treated less than human being. I called the office for more information on a court form, I was transferred back and forth 3x because the operator didn’t have the time to actually listen to what I was calling for. Trust me calling your office is the last thing I want to do. Kindness is free. Insane how many other reviews pertains to the rudeness of the staff here.

This place is horrible lived here two years moved from Charlotte .Never got a ticket there I move here and got three the first month of being here for rediculous reason and super high fines.cops we're so rude everytime. THIS COUNTY ENJOYS BUILDING OFF THE SWEAT AND BLOOD OFF THE BACKS OF THE POOR,moving back to Charlotte.

9 A.M. sharp they start calling the docket if you are not there when your name is called they issue a bench warrant for a failure to appear if you show up late then you have to wait until the end of the day after everyone to be seen so don't be late it's better to get there at like 8:45
It depends on which courtroom. Child support starts in courtroom 3 at 9:30. Other civil district court (like custody, divorce, etc) status and motions starts in courtroom 6 at 10, and other civil district court motions and trials start in courtroom 4 at 9:30.
Go to cabarrus county court dates and you put your name and it bring ya court date up

You can take the orange bus to the transit center, then take the red bus to Concord Mills... I think there is a shuttle to the Charlotte bus system, CATS, there. Then from there take the bus to the airport.

It depends on the type of cases. If it's a traffic ticket and your case is scheduled for a Friday administrative date you may be able to by calling the Clerk's office. If it's a regular Monday through Thursday criminal session then no, you need to hire an attorney.

Yes. Please ask the Deputies when first enter where to go or you can try the website. They'll work with you, they want to help you and will provide as many tools to do so.
