The staff is wonderful from the beginning process of admissions with Josh, the receptionist are always warm and friendly. We love the NA Sonia who has been so wonderful to help my mom get through every day. We dont know what we would do without her. She has been essential to mom's care. The nurses always call me with important updates about my mom when i cant be there. Mom really enjoys the interaction with PT, OT and ST. I am very thankful for Tonya the SOP for always checking in and being very helpful. Yes and dont let me forget Sharon who transports patients to appointments, she is so friendly and compassionate always. I would recommend Universal Healthcare to anyone..

My mother in law was at this place for rehab. They lost every single one of her clothes that she had brought from her house. They couldn't even find her clothes when she was discharged. Now my husband and i are having to go out of our way to buy clothes from her since they took them and lost them. And I've called 2 times and they keep saying they don't know where her clothes are. DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONES HERE PERIOD. nastiest facility ever.
