This is actually Jennifer Taite. As a former marketer in the Senior Care industry and experiencing many senior living communities, I highly recommend Brookdale Concord Parkway. I dropped in, always unexpectedly and the staff were always friendly and professional. At one visit a resident approached me and began telling me how happy she was to live there. It is definitely a place where I would want my family member to reside.

Our first encounter with Brookdale was with Blake Schooley on a phone conversation. He was the most kind, compassionate, and helpful person we could have hoped for. After helping us to navigate all the unknowns, we were able to get my mom into the memory care facility at Brookdale. From there, we were put into the very capable hands of Tilly Doe, the Health and wellness coordinator in the memory care building. She has been the most sweet and understanding lady, you can tell she really cares about each person. We are grateful for Brookdale and all the staff there.

Blake has been wonderful right from the start. He's always caring and kind and going above and beyond to find ways to engage the residents. Since Ben has come to Brookdale everything is very organized and he along with other staff are there long after a normal "workday" would end. Kimberly is always looking for fun and exciting activities for engaging all of the residents. My dad has told me more then once that he's pretty sure they all live at Brookdale too because they are always there! I also can't say enough about Jackie and Brenda who do much more then I'm sure their normal job description is! I was stuck in a terrible spot, having to leave my house back to face to face work and knowing I couldn't leave dad home alone. I came to Blake crying and he explained everything easily and made me confident that he would help with all of our needs! Thank you!
