Hemal has taken great care in packaging and shipping 2 large UAS and very expensive aircraft for me going to California. They arrived in the allocated time with no damage. I was very happy, so was my client. Recently, I had an issue with a package going to a client and I forgot to remove the outer invoice that the client didn’t need to see, I called Hamel, asked her to remove items that shouldn’t be on the package, she was willing to help and went above and beyond her handling procedures to help me. Again I was very satisfied and great full with her assistance. I would recommend anyone who needs packages shipped to take them to Hamel at the Concord postal annex.
