Had to take my pet elsewhere for a through examination of the concerns I had since I didn't feel they were addressed properly upon her last visit. My pet had been going to this Banfield location for 10 years! Let's just say the service I received somewhere else is what I USED to receive at this Banfield location. It also felt good to be in the exam room with my dog at this new clinic. Sad to leave Banfield, but proper care of my pet is important to me especially as she has entered her Senior years.

The young lady the assisted me was professional and courteous. I bought a few guppies and bird seed for my parakeet. I was also welcomed when walking into the store. I very nice experience considering most places are understaffed these days 🙂.

I know people have different opinions about Banfield Pet Hospital but the one in Knightdale has always been the one I have taken my 4 legs son there and never had any issues or problems with the staff or Vets. It may be my personal experience but so far, it's great!!! I really appreciate all their help and support when I take him there for his check ups! I have their insurance and also it works for us!!!

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
