Brought my cat here because she was having an emergency. I told the lady at the front desk with both sides of her head shaved that she had never been here before, but she ignored me and kept trying to look her up. When I explained that my cat wouldn't be in the system she told me they were booked up for the day and moved to a different chair and acted like I wasnt even there. I asked her if she could even offer an appointment or anything else because that is good customer service and she shot back at me that the only appointment was for Thursday then turned away from me again. I was so humiliated I left. One of the patrons were kind enough to offer me a name for a pet urgent care so I found another place to go. Couldn't she have recommended an urgent care instead of walking a foot away to another chair to ignore me. It's not what she said it was the condescending way she said it that made me feel like I was stupid for even walking through the door and the way she ignored me like I was a pest even though I was kind and friendly to her. Really made me feel like garbage. I pray no one else has this experience.

My dog is terrified of the vet but does extremely well with the staff here, theyre also extremely helpful and you can tell they care about the pet rather than the money. happy to finally have a good vet. also make it easy when you have an aggressive dog, they treat them just like any other dog, love this place

made an apt 3 days prior, called the day of to confirm the time as i couldn’t recall if it was for 2 or 2:15, told me we were never scheduled & was booked for the day. spent over 10 mins on the phone with the guy making my apt as we were new to the clinic yet he never actually scheduled it. very unprofessional

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
