Horrible experience and the office staff i spoke to was extremely rude!! We got a different story from different people. And the run Around for almost 3 weeks. We never even got in to see the vet Needless to say we decided not to use them as a primary vet. We went through vsh emergency and have a great vet with knightdale animal hospital.

If you have a scheduled appointment you can go in. If you're a work-in or emergency you cannot go in.

Do u all work with people on payment plans or do u have to pay in full after your cats appointment?

They have a care plus plan for your animal , but I'm not sure how it really work! You might want to call and see what care plus is all about...
