They have both. They accept Section 8 and to my knowledge all their properties are low-income. Hope this helps.
Unfortunately we no longer accept personal checks, but We do have Rent Cafe as an online option so that you dont have to leave your home to pay rent. Please contact your community manager for assistance.
I don't think it can be expedited unless you contact the head or something like that. Try Central Valley Low Income Housing, they might be faster. Good luck.
