Though Sutter Stockton psychiatry does not take patients outside Gould medical referrals, they took my call every single time. Barbara, who spoke to me today was very empathetic and patiently listened. Just talking to someone made me feel a lot better. Thank you!

My daughter was diagnosed with strep throat on Friday so I went to pick up her meds, unfortunately the dosage she put in didn't exist! So the pharmacy called and left an urgent message for her to correct the dosage this was around 11:30am by 4pm nothing so I called myself and the left an urgent message for her. Skip to Monday, now my daughter is much worse and her ears hurt. I call again and they leave another urgent message for her. Now it is Tuesday and they are giving me the same thing. We will leave her the 4th urgent message!!!!! Meanwhile my daughter is suffering and getting worse, and it is spreading to my other kids and I! I am a single mom that needs to work. Not to mention how much school she is missing because she is still contagious!!!!

When I was sick I need a doctor's note for work and the white nurse did not treat me right I did have health insurance and she was being rude to me I do not like the doctors here in Stockton they don't listen here I feel like they treat me I have government health insurance but I have good insurance so I transfer to Sacramento doctors up there they are more better up there
