We chose Hartsell pet cremation for my dog Mickey and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience from start to finish. Mickey passed away at his home peacefully, I called Hartsell, they came promptly to retrieve him and were very compassionate towards me and my children. They gave us the time we needed to say goodbye, and spoke kind words to us. They were quick to get me my Mickey back home 2days after he passed I picked up his remains and was pleasantly surprised that not only did I get a paw print and his ashes, but also a lock of his hair which I hadn't thought to get before he was removed from the home, and was upset about that. So seeing that in the card really brightened my day. I will be sure to use Hartsell again in the future!!!

I have called Hartsell Funeral Home three times within the month of January to set up a memorial service for my wife and not once did anyone call me back. The last time time I called, I spoke to one of the directors (Eric Johnson) and he apologized for the problem and assured me that he would personally take of setting up the service. My conversation with Eric was over two weeks ago and still I haven't heard anything. I wouldn't even give them a one star rating, but there's not an option to select anything lower.
