This is the worst furniture store I have ever encountered. I bought a dinning set from them and it was delivered damaged. they sent a technician to fix it who made the table worse(2 different colors now). now they are giving me the round around about replacing the dinning table. I Will Never Shop at Ashley Again!!

Same thing happened to me, I ordered living room furniture & 2 additional pieces to my bedroom set in March. My order didn't get to the warehouse until June. Then they gave me a run around with delivery. Gave me one delivery date & no one showed up. When they finally delivered it in mid-July the living room set was the wrong color!! Was told August 25th for correct color, now pushed back until December!! I just got my money back!! I WON'T EVER GO TO THIS ASHLEY FURNITURE STORE AGAIN!!
They tend to do that sometimes. Might be better off just going directly into the store and speaking with a manager.
Wow, sorry you had a bad experience. The furniture I bought there is holding up well and, while not the cheapest around, is still something I use with pride. The one issue I had was elevated quickly and resolved in short order, to my favor. Whatever the issue is, recommend you get a manager involved with details.
No!! I had to go to the store multiple times to receive assistance with my order!! NO RETURN CALLS OR EMAILS!!
Call the store and ask what happened to your order.
Every employee is masked up, and they provide hand sanitizer to every walk in customer.
I dont work here but when we went there was a desk and several store employees that you could probably ask. We went on a Sat.
